Mary Alice is a lifelong resident of the Ithaca area, currently living in Horseheads with her husband,son and his family. Both of her sons are graduates of Trumansburg High School, and Mary Alice was deeply involved in all aspects of their lives—serving as a Cub Scout Leader, church education leader, and managing several soccer teams. She truly cherished the opportunity to support and witness their achievements.

With 15 years of experience working at Cornell University, Mary Alice transitioned into real estate, bringing her local expertise and insight to the field. Having witnessed the many changes in the area over the years, she continues to appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of the Finger Lakes. She became a licensed Realtor in 2005 and earned her New York State Associate Broker license in 2007. In her first year, she was honored as “Rookie of the Year” by her company.
